Encouraging someone when they’ve hit a wall and are frustrated is, of course, a good thing. Reminding them that it’s “always darkest before the dawn” and “change is right around the corner” is also helpful. But there are times these encouraging words just aren’t enough. When someone is brutally honest and says, “I know. But I’ve been here so many times.” They are tired of the cycle. We all know that cycle. We hit a wall, we pick ourselves up, only to find ourselves at that same frustrating point later on. You know jet lag, right? Your body needs time to catch up to the time difference. In this episode, I discuss the lag time between being ready for the results you want and the results showing up. Whether its changes in your business or personal growth, it can be very frustrating when you’re all ready but the world doesn’t seem to recognize that yet.
