Realistically goals should be something that we feel inner inspiration for, and are things that motivate you for the right reasons. Our guest today, Bryan Falchuk, struggled with this exact scenario. Growing up, Bryan turned to food for emotional support without realizing it was the reason for his weight gain. Later in life, he found himself faced with needing to make life changes in order to be the kind of father he wanted to be for his son. After this realization, Bryan started taking small actionable steps daily to get him on track to being in the emotional place he needed to be. Ultimately, he discovered his own inner motivation to live a life of better mental and physical health.
