WARRIOR of Meditation

As creative warriors, every day we are integrating our creativity with the busyness and the stress of everyday life. Not an easy thing to do. Today, Karan Bajaj is sharing lessons he’s learned seeking a creative life and striving to be a yogi in the real world. From living in NYC to a cave (yes a real one), we unpack a 4/1/4 life model that is sure to intrigue the seeker in you!

Karan is a #1 bestselling Indian novelist whose first worldwide novel, The Yoga of Max’s Discontent, was just released by Random House. The book was inspired by Karan’s one-year sabbatical traveling from NYC to Europe and then by road to India. Where he spent time in the  Himalayas learning yoga and meditation.

Before this sabbatical, he worked in senior executive roles at companies like Procter & Gamble and the Boston Consulting Group and was named one of Ad Age’s “Top 40 Under 40 executives” in the US.
