I had the distinct pleasure of speaking to Thai Nguyen, a self proclaimed professional re-inventor. He’s a 5-star chef, an international kick-boxer, a writer, speaker, and mindset-transformation coach. Thai is the true meaning of a Lifestyle Entrepreneur. The term “lifestyle entrepreneur” seems to be all the rage right now. These are individuals who create opportunities and run businesses that support the life they WANT to live instead of creating businesses that run their lives. As Thai says, “making a living, living the dream.” Thai’s journey is incredible, from being a Vietnam refugee to now living in Peru writing his first book.
