How often do you feel like you don’t have what you need to be successful? Chances are you have everything you need to make your goals come true, you just have to learn to stretch. Many people spend all of their time looking for that perfect tool to make things work. There may not be a perfect tool. And if there is you may spend so much time looking for it, that you’ve wasted the precious resource of time.

Have you ever had goals set for a certain time? Like wanting to get fit in time for summer, or wanting to lose some extra weight for a wedding. Finally the day comes, then what? Are you done? Do you move on to the next goal and forget about it?

Realistically goals should be something that we feel inner inspiration for, and are things that motivate you for the right reasons. Sometimes we get so caught up in a specific reason, we don’t dig deep to find out why we want that goal or what’s really keeping us from achieving it. When you look inside of yourself, you need to ask why you really want what you are aiming for. Chances are there is something much deeper.

Sometimes we make choices because we are told it is the right route, or make choices for our families. In the end, however, we need to make choices for our own goodness first. It may sound selfish, but it’s not. When you find your own happiness and self fulfillment, the success you want will find a way.
